Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Custom orders, special cuts, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, as they are crafted specifically for you.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. A new order will need to be placed after your refund is processed.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take 7–14 business days to prepare. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all orders include tracking. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a repair, replacement, or refund. Local pickup is available.
